 Services….

The Partnership has specialised in providing its Clients with consultancy services in respect of feasibility studies, the design and planning of projects and engineering works of all sizes and the management, supervision and control of works on behalf of its Clients.  The Partnership is entirely professional, devoted solely to consulting work and is completely independent of the commercial or industrial interest of any firm of contractors or manufacturers.

The firm offers a complete service, starting as required with:

Feasibility Studies

These normally include detailed investigation, surveys, preliminary designs, cost planning and economic and engineering appraisals as a basis for policy determination, planning, organisation and financing.  This is normally followed by:

Design and Tender Documents

These include the design of the project to the Client's requirements and approval including all further surveys, detailed designs and working drawings, Bills of Quantities where required, and Conditions of Contract and other documents to enable realistic tenders to be obtained and the contract to be administered.  The normal sequence to this stage is:

Supervision, Management and Financial Control

These include advice on appointment of the contractor, programming of the work by means of critical path analysis or PERT analysis, if necessary, supervision of construction with cost control so that the Client is kept informed of his financial commitments at all stages.

The firm is also associated with a number of consultants with knowledge of certain specialised forms of engineering and is able to call upon expert advice in fields normally considered to be outside civil engineering, such as architecture, town planning, communications, economics, management, industrial processes, etc.  The firm is thus able to provide the comprehensive consulting services which, in a world of growing complexity, is so essential to ensure the proper development and completion of a project.
