Due to the Covid -19 pandemic, we have adjusted our engineering and administrative staffing work arrangements to “work from home”.
LYPL’s 14-16 Dere Street, Port of Spain office: - remains our registered address of business, - continues to be operated as our main storage location for our equipment and paper documents, - will continue to be maintained, with janitorial staff in occasional attendance as required, - remains available for physical, face-to-face meetings, if clients require this.
However your initial, primary means of contact with LYPL should be via the group email address: LYPL@LYP.CO.TT
All incoming email to this email address is automatically forwarded to our senior and administrative staff.
After initial contact is established, you would have access to individual staff’s email addresses, and where relevant, their WhatsApp contact number for direct messaging or calls.
All engineering staff can be contacted by: - email, - WhatsApp video or audio calls, - Zoom audio or video calls and meetings. Prior scheduling is recommended to avoid conflicts with other scheduled meetings.
All our site activities continue, as normal, subject to the Government’s anti-pandemic requirements and guidelines, and our clients’ site operational HSSE requirements.
Any and all documentation should be emailed to us, preferably in pdf format. Where physical paper original documents are utterly unavoidable, either you can drop-it off at our Dere Street office by prior arrangement, or we can collect it from you.
